Activation / Execution error messages

Validation errors 

License information errors
These relate to the "prog.000" file (WALLAP.000, SLOPE.000, GWALL.000) which contains License details

UF 101 = Invalid info in prog.000

UF 102 = Improper time limit
UF 103 = Invalid Serial Number
UF 106 = prog.EXE is younger than current time

UF 201 = Invalid time limit and customer info in prog.000

UF 302 = License expired

UF 401 = User information file (prog.000) Not Found
UF 402 = Cannot open User information file
            Check user's permissions for accessing the program folder

UF 404 = Serial number out of range

UF 501 = User information file corrupted

UF 902 = User information file and software have non-matching Serial Nos.

Hardware key errors 

Errors relating to stand alone license (Serial No. starting with 9)
protected with a green Everkey


EK 6043 - nnnnn - 99999   see Hardware key not found or recognized
EK 6043 - 9aaaa - 9bbbb   The software does not match the hardware key. You probably have 2 or more licenses with different serial numbers and they have got muddled.

EK 6143 }   Execution or date limit exceeded
EK 6144 }   Contact Geosolve for a reset code
EK 6146 }

Stopcopy protection 

Old style Stopcopy protection (Serial number starting with "3")

Network License errors
NL - 101 Maximum number of users is exceeded
NL - 002 Invalid file authorisation name   Contact Geosolve
NL - 001 No network found                   Contact Geosolve

Other Stopcopy errors
SC - 101 = Execution count exceeded    Contact Geosolve
